PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively infer the occurrence of an emer gency state by a stimulus odor for a person having a handicap at ears or a person who is soundly sleeping by operating a fragrance generator in the emer gency state such as a fire, and discharging the fragrance such as a stimulus odor into a room. SOLUTION: A fragrance generator 4 for discharging a stimulus odor toward the indoor in a room 1 at the time of emergency is installed at the ceiling surface 3 of the room 1. A receiver 5 is connected to the generator 4, an emergency speaker 6 is installed at the surface 3, and connected to a security control amplifier 7 installed in a security control center via an emergency broadcasting circuit 8. When an emergency state occurrence signal is transmitted from the amplifier 7 to the receiver 5 by utilizing the circuit 8 to the speaker 6, the generator 4 is operated to discharge the fragrance such as a stimulus odor toward the indoor in the room 1.
