Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle component having excellent oil separating efficiency by preventing oil curling or rescattering due to refrigerant gas to improve the performance of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The refrigerant gas and oil decelerated at the flowing speeds via a speed equalizing board 3 having a plurality of communicating holes 4a to 4l provided in a sealed vessel 110 are collided with a protruding separate plate 7 at the upper part. The refrigerant is discharged from swirl holes 8a to 8d to the upper part. The oil is adhered to the plate 7, then dropped along the curved surface of the plate 7 on an oil receiving groove 5, and continuously dropped from the oil return hole 6, and hence the refrigerant is satisfactorily separated from the oil.
