Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress production of thermal NOx and fuel NOx in a two-stage combustion zone by providing a re-circulation exhaust gas charging port between a throttle part and an air nozzle for two-stage combustion, and introducing the recirculation gas therein in a boiler provided with a throttle part to which the refractory material is attached. SOLUTION: A throttle part 3 is formed on a combustion gas flow-out part above the high temperature combustion zone 1. The throttle part 3 is provided with a recirculation exhaust gas charging port 8 which constitutes the two-stage combustion zone 2 in which an air nozzle 6 for two-stage combustion to feed the air to burn the unburnt part of the combustion gas to be discharged from the high temperature combustion zone 1 is arranged on a side wall, and consists of single stage or multiple stages in the middle zone between the high temperature combustion zone 1, and after a part of the combustion gas at a boiler outlet part is extracted by a fan for re-circulation exhaust gas and its pressure is boosted, the gas is fed to the two-stage combustion zone 2. The amount of the recirculation exhaust gas to be fed (combustion gas) is preferably around 10-40 % of the total volume of air for combustion.
