CONSTITUTION: A jacket surface 3 formed so that it can be freely cut off is provided at a lower corner of a mount 1 made of a paper board with a side end made into a rim 1E to be filed into a magazine MG, and the jacket surface 3 is pasted to a jacket rear similarly made of a paper board, thereby forming a jacket CF for a CD 1Y wherein at least one side is opened and nonwoven cloth is pasted to the other inner side.
