Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve blood circulation by locally warming a human body by radiating heat from upper side of a pressing member which has an opening on a flexible substratum comprising an adhesive material and a pressing member made of a heat conductive material around the opening to the human body. SOLUTION: An opening 12 is formed in the center part of the back side of a flexible substratum 11 made of a heat nonconductor such as a cloth or plastic sheet or the like, a pressing member 13 made of a heat conductor such as a metal is fixed with an adhesive around the opening 12, further an adhesive layer 14 for adhering it to a meridian point of the human body is formed in the back side of substratum. By adhering an adhesive pointillage type warmer 10 made as above to a meridian point of the human body, when radiating heat (heating ray) towards the surface of the warmer 10 from an off position, the temperature of the skin pressing point pressed by the warmer 10 becomes higher than the other parts to give a warming function as if warming by using a moxibustion device. An infrared lamp, a far-infrared generating apparatus, sauna, sun light, etc., can be used as the heat source.
