Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an anode current density uniform and to suppress the curving of the anode by increasing the max. current density while suppress voltage low, thereby uniforming anodic current density. SOLUTION: The main body 2 of the anode 1 is constituted by preparing a copper core 4 of a columnar shape, preparing a lead alloy 5 of a hollow cylinder shape subjected to knurling or form rolling, etc., then to a surface hardening and surface area increasing treatment and molding to a shape meeting the shape of this copper core 4, inserting the copper core 4 into the hollow part of the lead alloy 5 to attain a sung fit and subjecting the core and the alloy to pressure welding (press fixing) by a rolling mill, press welding machine, etc. A hooking part 3 and the copper core 4 are joined by brazing or welding in order to mount this hooking part 3 to the top end of the main body 2. The copper core 4 is coated with nickel plating. |
