Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a super-heated state of a cooking device to be detected and further a burning loss of component parts caused by a super-heating of the cooking device to be prevented. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas produced by combustion at a burner 40 is discharged from a discharging port 14b under an operation of an exhaust fan 35 from a space inside a supporting member 20 through an opening 23 of the supporting member 20 and through an exhaust passage 34. A exhaust air temperature thermistor 39 detects a temperature of exhaust gas. A control device 50 may detect a super-heating of a main body 10 of a cooking device in response to the detected temperature, outputs an alarm and at the same time controls the number of rotation of the exhaust fan 35 and a combustion amount of the burner 40 in response to a temperature of the exhaust gas so as to reduce a temperature of the exhaust gas and a temperature of the main body 10 of the cooking device. |
