Summary: | PURPOSE: To directly measure a resonant frequency and a Q value of a ground element without calibrating the same. CONSTITUTION: The frequency of a measuring signal supplied to a detection coil 2 is changed every constant time by a signal output part 1. A peak value of an induced voltage induced to a ground element based on the measuring signal is detected by a measuring part 3. A resonant frequency f0 is stored. At the same time, the coincidence of an induced voltage value obtained by multiplying the peak value by 1/√2 with the resonant frequency is detected. A frequency Δf of a difference between the coincident points (f2 , f1 ) is obtained, so that a Q value is measured from a formula of f0 /Δf. |
