Summary: | PURPOSE: To suppress the oxidation of a heat-bondable resin layer consisting of polyethylene etc., and eliminate the generation of an odor due to the oxidation by jetting hot air which is obtained by heating air of low oxygen content by an electric heater to a sealed part of the paper container for liquid for which the heat-bondable resin layer is provided on the surface of a base material containing paper. CONSTITUTION: An inert gas such as nitrogen, etc., is fed from an air inlet 8, and air of which the oxygen content is lowered by replacing with the inert gas is fed to a blower 4. Then, the air is pressurized by the blower 4 and fed to an electric heating unit 3. The air is heated to a specified temperature by an electric heater 3a which is installed in the electric heating unit 3, and fed to a hot air-blowing out layer 2, and jetted out from a hot air-blowing out port 2a to heat a mouth part (1a) of a paper container 1 for liquid. Then, when the mouth part (1a) of the paper container 1 for liquid is sealed, a natural folding line is provided at the mouth part (1a) in advance, and then the mouth part (1a) is heated by hot air, and then, a sealing is performed at a sealing unit. By this method, the oxidation of a heat-bondable resin layer on the surface of a laminate which constitutes the paper container 1 for liquid can be suppressed, and the generation of an odor is eliminated. |
