Summary:PURPOSE: To actualize electro-discharge machining being high in productivity by preventing the disconnection of a wire electrode and the generation of an electric arc through the accurate detection of discharge energy during the machining operation. CONSTITUTION: It is provided with a pulse train generator circuit 13 outputting a pulse train corresponding to a machining current supplying time range, and a counter circuit 14 integrating a pulse number of the pulse train within the specified time, and on the basis of the pulse number integrated result of this counter circuit 14, machining conditions including a quiescent time or the like are controlled.
