CONSTITUTION:Within the thermoelectric converter module provided with a heat radiating plate 3a on the heat radiating side of a Peltier element group 1 converting electricity into thermal energy using the Peltier effect through the intermediary of insulating layers 2 as well as an endothermic plate 3b through the intermediary of the insulating layers 2, the insulating layers 2 are a compound body composed of an aluminum oxide film and a cured material of an organic silicon compound having siloxane coupling.
