Summary:PURPOSE:To stabilize electrode characteristics and to enhance reliability by parting the electrical connection by conductive film layers arranged between the electrodes adjacent to each other along the direction of waveguides and exposing a part of dielectric layers in the parting parts. CONSTITUTION:The conductive film layer 4a is connected to the electrode 5a but the parting part 6a is formed like a groove between the layer and the electrode 5b and, therefore, the layer is not connected to the electrode 5b. The conductive layer 4b is connected to the electrode 5c but the parting part 6b is formed like a groove between the layer and the electrode 5a and, therefore, the layer is not connected to the electrode 5a. The dielectric layer 3 is partly exposed in these parting parts 6a, 6b. Shorting of the electrodes and the electrodes adjacent thereto by electrochemical reaction products does not arise even if the electrodes and the conductive film layers come into contact with moisture at a high temp. and these products are formed and deposited between the electrodes and the conductive film layers connected thereto.
