Summary:PURPOSE:To provide an anchor tendon which can be prepared in advance at a factory and establish a manufacturing device for anchor tendons. CONSTITUTION:Two parallel parts B2 of a PC steel wire intrude into a pusher 52 by forward movement of a fixation cylinder A1 and an ordinary member A11, and with forward movement the ordinary member A11 and fixation cylinder A1 are pushed to move between holding members 42 to be coupled with the foremost head A2. and assembly of the first bearing body A, and accordingly the first anchor tendon part, is completed. Then throttle rolls 31, 31 of a bender device 3 operate the second driving devices 35, 35 to make returning to the original position together with the first moving elements 32, 32. With the retreat of the two rolls, the foremost 1 fold-back part B2 of the first PC steel wire B is released from restraint, but the parallel parts B2 pass through the fixation cylinder A1 and ordinary member A11 by assembling of the first bearing body A, so that the tendency of spreading is checked thereafter so that the PC steel wire B is restrained in the bent condition.
