Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a door harness laying structure for a vehicle where the number of part items and the fitting manhour can be reduced, a recessed groove need not be formed, and no troublesomeness is required for the panel machining. CONSTITUTION:A slit 20a is formed in a weather strip 20 arranged on a side surface part 15 on a door hinge fitting part side of a door inner panel 13, and a waterproof grommet 16 inserted in a door harness 14 is arranged on the side surface part 15 in the condition where the grommet is inserted in this slit 20a. This waterproof grommet is formed of elastically deformable material, and the door harness 14 is inserted, and a grommet body 17 which is brought into surface contact with the inner surface and side surface side 15 of the slit 20a is provided. A fitting plate (fitting means) where this grommet body 17 is pressed against the side surface part 15 is provided.
