Summary: | PURPOSE:To sterilize the mixture of chemicals and a thermoplastic polymer sealed in a molded vessel by radiation sterilization and to form a sterilized mixture in the case of sealing the mixture in the vessel which can seal the mixture, heating to melt is, centrifugal molding it, cooling to solidify it and forming formulations. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of chemicals 1 and a thermoplastic polymer 2 is put in a Teflon breaker, heated to be melted at 120 deg.C, and then cooled to be solidified. The obtained solid material is comminuted by a vibrating mixer mill. The powder is filled in a molding vessel, sealed, and dry heated to be sterilized by an autoclave or radiation sterilized. Then, it is centrifugally separated by a centrifugal separator, and molded in a stylus state. The obtained styluslike composition is cooled to be solidified, removed from the vessel in a sterilized environment to preparations. Thus, the preparations containing no bubbles and having uniform strength can be easily obtained without bacteria. |
