Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide the apparatus having a structure composed of even- numbered sheets put in layers so that the border between two kinds of specified metals may cross or perpendicularly intersect the border of another sheet and capable of readily manifesting an effect, e.g. providing a soft taste to a general food. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of gold foil 1 and a sheet of platinum foil 2 respectively having a right-angled triangle are arranged so as to form a regular square or an arbitrary rectangle. About two, four or eight sheets of the formed regular- square foil are put in layers so that the border between two kinds of metals may cross or perpendicularly intersect the border of another sheet. As the metals, a combination of gold and silver or another combination of copper and silver may also be used. The molecular structure of water in a food is changed by generated far-IR electromagnetic waves and aging of the food is promoted by shrinkage of the clusters. |
