Summary:PURPOSE:To execute the water cut-off for a defective part in a full water state in a stably reliable manner by pouring the water cut-off material and charging the inside of the ground with the water cut-off material through the defective part, after the substitution between the staying water in the pipe and the water cut-off material, in the vicinity of the defective part at a low place of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A leading wire member 5 is inserted over the whole length of an embedded pipe through each working port at both the ends of a buried pipe with water staying in it, and a TV camera is installed in the low place of the pipe part 1a of the buried pipe, and the position of a defective part 2 in the pipe is confirmed by shifting the camera in the pipe utilizing the leading wire member 5. Then, a pouring hose 8 is inserted up to the position of the defective part 2, and a water cut-off material is sent towards a pouring nozzle 7 from a feeding part 12. The water cut-off material is discharged at the position nearly coninciding with the defective part 2 from the discharge port 7a of the nozzle 7, and the cut-off water concentration in the pipe gradually increases around the defective part 2, and the high concentration region spreads in the pipe axis direction, and the water staying in the pipe in the vicinity of the defective part 2 is substituted by the water cut-off material. Accordingly, a pressure difference is generated between the ground 16 side on the outside from the defective part 2 so that the water seal material is naturally poured and charges the inside of the ground 16.
