PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of distribution control of charged materials of a blast furnace by arranging an angle adjusting device in a repulsion plate at the tip part of a swing chute and connecting this device with an angle adjustment driving device arranged at the furnace body side. CONSTITUTION:The swing chute 3 is stopped at the front surface of the angle adjustment driving device 34 without stopping the blast furnace operation. A hook 9 is shifted to the position of a fixed pin 10 for fitting the repulsion plate 4 by a hook driving cylinder 8. A cap 14 is fitted to a screw nut 15 of a tip part angle adjusting device 33 fitted to the swing chute 3 side by pushing the rod of a fitting/removing cylinder 11 to the inside of the furnace. The screw nut 15 is vertically moved while using a screw shaft 16 fixed to the swing chute 3 as the axis by turning the cap 14 with a motor 12 for adjusting the angle. The fitting angle of the repulsion plate 4 is adjusted by using the fixed pin 10 as the turning axis. The adjusting angle is decided in the good accuracy by measuring the position of the rear end of a rotary rod 13.
