Summary: | PURPOSE:To form a lightweight tire wheel excellent in uniformity by forming a wheel from a lightweight resin and integrating the wheel with a tire at the time of the molding of the wheel. CONSTITUTION:A rubbery tire 5 forming a troidal shape wherein left and right bead parts 7 are spaced apart from each other is set to a part 4a of the cavity 1 of the mold 2 molding a resin wheel matched with the outer contour of the rubbery tire 5 in such a state that the tire unified with the rim members 11 tightly fitted to the inner peripheral surfaces of the bead parts 7 is filled with a fluid 18. Thereafter, the remaining part 4b of the cavity 1 is filled with a molten resin 3 not only to mold the resin wheel 6 but also to strongly bond the resin 3 to the peripheries of the bead parts 7 of the tire 5 to integrate the tire 5 and the wheel 6. |
