CONSTITUTION: A pedal main body 12 of a traveling pedal device 8 is provided with a 1st rail 14. A remote control valve mechanism 13 is provided with a 2nd rail 17, so that the rail 17 is engaged with the rail 14 and can freely move back and forth. At the same time, time rail 14 is provided with a lock lever 18 and a lock pawl. Then the rail 17 is provided with a lock groove. In such a constitution, a lock means can lock the movement of the rail 14 to the rail 17.
