Summary:PURPOSE: To prevent raw materials from being clogged before the entrance of a Mono pump and to smoothly and surely perform the continuous and quantitative move of raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A continuous and constant quantity transferring device 20 is composed of a moving part for receiving raw materials from a water addition part and feeding them into the downstream side and a Mono pump part 31 for continuously and quantitatively transferring the raw materials supplied from this moving part. Inside the moving part, a driving shaft 24a for rotating a rotor 35 of the Mono pump part and a joint 41 for connecting the driving shaft and the rotor of the Mono pump are installed, and the joint is equipped with a blade 54 for forcedly feeding the raw materials into the Mono pump part.
