Summary:PURPOSE: To provide conjugate woven and knitted fabric of an acetate fiber and a rayon with shrink resistance and excellent handle by subjecting conjugate woven and knitted fabric to resin processing with a resin with low formalin and carrying out post-finishing process by air. CONSTITUTION: Hot air is blown on conjugated woven and knitted fabric of resin finish by attaching 0.5-10wt.% of a resin with low formalin and curing. The conjugate woven and knitted fabric of resin finish is transported and circulated through a flow channel in a machine by an air flow. The hardness of the conjugate woven and knitted fabric of resin finish is reduced and the content of remaining formaldehyde is low.
