Summary:PURPOSE: To transfer stably a small amount of ink to an objective body such as a block, even when the viscosity of the ink is high. CONSTITUTION: A rubber roll 3 for transferring ink to a block 2 is supported rotatably, and a doctor roll 5 is provided in parallel with the rubber roll 3 and close to the rubber roll 3. A doctor blade 8 is provided between a dispenser 4 for feeding ink onto the rubber roll 3 and the doctor roll 5, and the doctor blade 8 is so fixed on a holder 9 as to set its edge close to the rubber roll 3, and the holder 9 is pressed and energized elastically displaceably toward the given position in the direction separating from the rubber roll 3 by using a spring 10, and ink is dispersed in two stages by the doctor blade 8 and the doctor roll 5.
