Summary:PURPOSE: To realize favorable injection molding of a product partially having a thick-walled part without developing sinkmark and flow mark at the portion coinciding with the thick-walled part on the surface of the product. CONSTITUTION: At the position coinciding with the thick-walled part Wa of a product W on the molding surface portion facing to a cavity 3, a movable core 4 movable to the cavity 3 is provided so as to form the molding space 3a for thick-walled part by moving the movable core 4 backwards. Under the state that the movable core 4 is moved forwards, molten resin (a) is infected in the cavity 3. After that, when the resin of the front layer part Wa of the product contacting with the molding surface portion opposite to the movable core 4 solidifies to the resin (5), the movable core 4 is moved backwards, resulting in filling molten resin in the molding space 3a.
