CONSTITUTION: In a mattress in which palm shell activated carbon 10 is embedded in the intermediate layer of cotton batting, the palm shell activated carbon 10 is filled in bags 11, 11... having a predetermined size, and are disposed in storage spaces 9, 9... defined by welding lines 6, 6... with which upper and lower sheets 7, 8 are welded in part together so as to form a seat body 1. The sheets 7, 8 and the bags 11 are made of a material which is air-permeable, waterproof, and is lightweight.
