Summary: | PURPOSE: To obtain accurate demodulation results eliminating the inversion phenomenon of FM signal by providing a means for detecting whether a predetermined range of amplitude level is present or not, and a means for selecting a digital signal. CONSTITUTION: An FM signal circuit 30 is fed with a digital FM signal from a selector 6 and also, detection results of maximal and minimal values of a maximum sideband suppression filter 4 from an inversion phenomenon detector 5. If the FM signal is close to AC zero level, a subtractor 10 outputs a code of 1. If the filter 4 has an extreme value at the same time, 1 is outputted as a detection result. If these two detection results are 1, a selector 23 selects the B side based on the output signal from an AND gate 21 and otherwise, selects the A side and outputs an FM signal to a demodulator. |
