Summary:PURPOSE: To provide detecting circuit for power source abnormality interrupt signal whereby the jam of an interruption processing at the time of turning-on or breaking of the power source of a connected input/output device. CONSTITUTION: In an interrupting signal processing circuit 3, a power source-on interrupting signal 12 and a power source-off interrupting signal 14 are generated in accordance with a power source abnormality interrupting external signal 10, a status display circuit 4 generates a status signal 17 and a central processing unit 1 detects the change of the status signal 17 when the power source-on interrupting signal 12 or the power source-off interrupting signal 14 is generated. Thus, at the time of the status signal 17 in a short time when the signal is generated and extinguished in the processing period of the central processing unit 1, signal change cannot be detected, a pulse and noise are judged to be unrequired so that the interruption processing becomes unnecessary.
