Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of upper and lower edges of a magnetic tape wound around a tape reel. CONSTITUTION:In a pair of adapter semi-bodies 1, 1, concentric outer peripheral part 2, middle peripheral part 4 and inner peripheral part 3 are provided with the same hights, and also each peripheral part is connected in the spaces by radially arranged plural ribs 5, 6, then the ribs 5 for connecting at least the outer peripheral part 2 and middle peripheral part 4 among the plural ribs are arranged in the nearly intermediate part of the hights of the outer peripheral part 2 and middle peripheral part 4, and also they are provided with opening ends separated by the prescribed distance from the edge parts of the outer peripheral part 2 and middle peripheral part 4.
