PURPOSE: To reduce cost by shortening time and reducing quantity of materials to use for a form to the utmost by means of simultaneously constructing a wall part and a ceiling part, lifting up precast concrete structures concrete- deposited and formed in a plural number of layers in a plural number of precast concrete structures connected by bar arrangements. CONSTITUTION: A plural number of precast concrete structures 11-12, 21-22 connected by bar arrangements 31-34 are concrete-deposited and formed in a plural number of layers. A building is constructed by lifting up the formed prescribed precast concrete structures 12, 21-22. Wall parts B, C are erected by lifting up this ceiling part D. Additionally, as an upper layer form is temporarily arranged after hardening the concrete structures 11-12 on a lower layer, it is possible to reuse a material used for a lower layer form for the upper layer form. In the meantime, as a floor part A connected to each of the wall parts B, C through the bar arrangements 31-34 is concrete-deposited and formed at a construction preset position, it is possible to prevent dislocation of the ceiling part D and the wall parts B, C from their preset positions at the time of lifting up the concrete structure 22 of the ceiling part D.
