Summary:PURPOSE: To provide a tube end face cutter preventing the inner surface of a tube from being flawed by chips. CONSTITUTION: A cutter 11 for chipping the end face of a tube T has a cutting edge 13 extended at a right angle to the axis 15 of a driving shaft and obliquely from the reference side face 12a. A cutter fitting groove 100 into which the base end part 12 of the cutter 11 is fitted has the reference side face 100a spaced by the specified distance D1 from the axis 15 of the driving shaft. The reference side face 12a of the cutter 11 is placed at the reference side face 100a of the cutter fitting groove 100, and the cutter 11 is moved by the specified distance D2 in the longitudinal direction of the cutter fitting groove 100. The cutting direction A2 of the cutter 11 is thereby placed outward by a specified angle C2 in relation to the tangential direction B2 in a cutting position.
