When a report request command is issued from an input device, a common monitoring item extractor 3 stores a related item group including even one item matching with each related item from the related item extractor 2 as a common monitoring item in a common monitoring item storage device 6. Next, a common item screen preparing device 4 stores the related item group stored in the common monitoring item storage device 6 as a display image in a synthethic screen storage device 7. Next, in a synthetic screen display device 5, display image information is arranged on the screen arrangement conformed to display capacity and a synthetic monitoring screen display is performed, based on the display image of the synthetic screen storage device 7.
