Summary:PURPOSE:To easily connect both ends of a belt to each other and enable assembling of the fabric belt to a machine by alternatively combining loops formed on both ends of the belt, and connecting them by means of a connection pin made of high strength fiber. CONSTITUTION:A belt 1 is composed of transverse yarns 2 made of high strength fiber and extending widthwise, and longitudinal yarns 3 made of high strength fiber and extending in a longitudinal direction. Loops 4, 5 composed of the longitudinal yarns 3 are formed on both ends of the belt with spacing widthwise. High molecular material, etc., is impregnated and then hardening is performed. A connection pin 7 is prepared by bundling a plurality of high strength fiber yarns, and spirally winding yarn therearound, forming a projection 8, and then performing hardening. The pin 7 is penetrated through the loops 4, 5 formed on both ends of the belt. At this, time, the pin 7 is easily penetrated while being rotated due to the spiral projection 8. The belt is widely adopted to machines on which it is difficult to mount metal such as metal finder, and connection is carried out with a simple operation.
