Summary:PURPOSE: To regulate temperature in a cage without an air conditioner by providing a door opening and closing repeating means to repeat alternately the door opening standing-by condition and door closing standing-by condition for a second predetermined time different from a first predetermined time and a cage fan rotated to suck air of an elevator hall on the alternately standing-by condition into the cage. CONSTITUTION: A stand-by condition setting relay 11 to set a door opened or a door closed in the stand-by time of a cage has a normally opened contact 11-1 and normally closed contact 11-11. A door control relay 12 to control the opening and closing operations of the door of the cage, and the ball has a normally opening contact 12-1 and a fan driving relay 13 to drive the fan for the cage. A door opening and closing repeating means is formed of the stand-by condition by the stand-by condition setting relay 11 and the door control relay 12. Also, a second predetermined time is determined by a second pick-up timer 8, first drop-out timer 9, second drop-out timer 10 and first pick-up timer 7.
