CONSTITUTION: This hot plate is formed in such a way that a metallic plate 2 provided on the upper part of a heater 1 for heating, and a support 3 which supports the heater 1 and the metallic plate 2 are provided, and a hood 4 also used as an upper cover in non-use is provided on the upper part of the metallic plate 2, and a guide 5 which supports the hood 4 is provided on the support 3, and also, the guide 5 is removable from the support 3.
