PURPOSE: To enhance a degree of freedom of producing a two-way program by multiplexing area limit information including area information set to a responder of a receiver side onto a broadcast signal in order to specify an area permitting or inhibiting a reply call. CONSTITUTION: Three kinds of two-way program relation information sets are broadcast while being distinguished by any of function signals A, B, C and a function signal D for each kind. For example, relation information such as a telephone number of a response destination and a transmission route is sent as a signal inserted between the function signal A being transmission start information and the function signal D being transmission end information. Similarly information relating to environment setting such as reply side area oscillation limit information and current time setting is sent while being inserted between the function signal B and the function signal D, and information clearing reception data is broadcast while being inserted and multiplexed between the function signal C and the function signal D. Thus, the broadcast station side surely controls the amount of the access from the receiver sides.
