Summary: | PURPOSE: To make it possible tb execute scan without vibrating the optical element itself by arranging image forming parts and liquid crystal optical deflectors on the same optical axis. CONSTITUTION: The image formed at the incident end face of an image guide fiber bundle 2 by an objective lens 1 is transmitted to the exit end face of this image guide fiber bundle 2. The image on the exit end face is observed by the observer's eye via an eyepiece lens 3. A pair of the liquid crystal optical deflectors 4 are respectively symmetrically arranged on the same optical axis as the optical axis of the respective end faces between the objective lens 1 and the incident end face of the image guide fiber bundle 2 and between the exit end face of the image guide fiber bundle 2 and the eyepiece lens 3. In such a case, the image by the light as if the light past the entire part of the section of the image guide fiber bundle 2 is eventually observed if the on-off action of the voltages impressed on respective liquid crystal cells 6 is repeated at intervals shorter than the after-image time of the naked eyes. |
