Summary:PURPOSE: To realize the installation method of a parabolic antenna with a simple structure holding the parabolic antenna within a communication enabling range at all times independently of the degree of vibration of a building. CONSTITUTION: A base end of a pendulum member 3 is pivotally supported to a side face of a building with a tilt of an angle downward and a parabolic antenna 2 is provided to the tip. A controller 7 releases the engagement between the pendulum member 3 and a stopper member 5 restricting the motion of the pendulum member 3 only when a displacement meter 6 measuring the displacement of the building 9 detects a displacement larger than a prescribed value. A period of the parabolic antenna 2 is increased more than a period of the building 9 on the occurrence of an earthquake or a typhoon by selecting properly the length of the pendulum member 3. Thus, the parabolic antenna 2 is kept almost in a standstill state.
