Summary:PURPOSE: To obtain a treating agent for dermal diseases having no adverse effect, capable of potently soothing urtication and manifesting potent therapeutic effects against various dermal diseases such as an intractable atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: This treating agent for dermal diseases comprises a plaster as a major component obtained by blending crude drugs of Coptidis rhizoma, Soutellariae radix, Paeoniae radix, Ledebouriellae radix and Schizonepteae herba, extracting the mixture by boiling with a plant oil such as an olive oil, removing solid substances by filtering the obtained extract to obtain an essence, dissolving the essence by adding a horse oil and a vaseline and cooling while agitating.
