Summary:PURPOSE: To obtain the desired fine particles without using an air compressor and also to relatively simplify the structure by making a chemical sucked up by centrifugal force of a rotating plate to the central part thereof collide with a crushing plate to grow the fine chemical particles and intruding them into an air current flowing on the outside of the crushing plate to scatter them. CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft 14 is rotated by an electric motor 15 and a blow-off fan 16 is also rotated together with upper and lower flange parts 21, 22. Then, with the discharge of air between the upper and the lower flange parts 21, 22 by centrifugal force, the central part is evacuated, and a chemical 13 rises in a pipe material 17 and reaches outer edge parts 21a, 22a in a thin film from a through-hole 18 through a space between the upper and the lower flange parts 21, 22 and rushes out in small droplets at high speed to collide with a crushing part of a crushing plate 23, and are turned into chemical particles that fall under fume. Since an air current toward the fan 16 is formed outside the crushing plate 23, the chemical particles are intruded into the air current and agitated by the fan 16 to be forwarded upward, and the chemical is scattered toward a desired region by a guide plate 27.
