Summary:PURPOSE: To attain the preparation of a more natural transformed CG object, regarding an animation preparing device preparing a transformed CG object from a first CG object having motions to a second CG object having motions in real time. CONSTITUTION: This preparing device is provided with a corresponding means 22 making the feature part of a first CG object and the feature part of a second CG object correspond and stipulating the motions of the feature parts having the motions, a specifying means 23 specifying the location of the feature part of the first CG object at arbitrary time for the time from transformation start time to transformation termination time and specifying the location of the feature part of the second CG object which is made to correspond to the feature parts by the corresponding means 22 and a generation means 24 determining the location of the feature part of a transformed CG object by interpolating the location of the feature part that the specifying means 23 specifies and generating the transformed CG object.
