Summary: | PURPOSE: To continuously coat a heated steel pipe with a coating film having a uniform film thickness by using a high-viscosity epoxy resin coating material. CONSTITUTION: Air having a pressure of 2 to 4kg/cm is supplied by using an air pump 1 and the high-viscosity liquid epoxy resin coating material by using coating material supply pumps 3 and 5. When the material 11 to be coated is coated with the coating material by air spray guns 9, plural pieces of coating guns are simultaneously used by regulating the supply rate of the coating material per 1 piece of the front end bore to <=300g/min for the same coating surface. |
