Summary: | PURPOSE: To obtain a corrugated case that can be easily set up, eliminates the need of separation at the time of recovery, and has no trouble even when being stacked by a method wherein a corrugated case containing reinforcing flap parts and strut parts is formed by folding and bonding a sheet of corrugated fibreboard. CONSTITUTION: A front plate part 3, a back plate part 4, and side plate parts 5, 6 are connected to four peripheral edges of a bottom plate part 2 through fold lines. Reinforcing flaps 31 and 41 connected to the front plate part 3 and the back plate part 4 through fold lines L3 and L4 formed between top parts 30a and 40a of cutouts 30 and 40 are folded and bonded to the inner surfaces of the front plate parts 3 and the back plate parts 4. Furthermore, flaps 50, 60 connected to the side plate parts 5, 6 through fold lines L5, L6 are folded with overlap width parts 53, 63 positioned inside so as to form struts P each having a space of a triangular pole form. The outer surfaces of flap parts 51 and 61 are bonded to the inner surfaces of the front plate part 3 or the back plate part 4 at both end parts thereof in the width direction. |
