PURPOSE: To certainly remove only a deposit without damaging the inner wall surface of a drain pipe by arranging a ball guide member to a holder member so as to hold a guide ball of which the spherical surface slightly protrudes from the leading end of the holder member in a freely rotatable manner on the center line of the holder member. CONSTITUTION: A head member 40 is fixed to the transmission shaft 25 receiving rotation from a second rotary drive source and a holder member 30 having the same center as the head member 40 is integrally connected to the leading end of the head member 40. A ball guide member 32 holding a guide ball 31 in a freely rotatable manner is attached to the holder member 30 on the center line thereof and the guide ball 31 is held in a non-falling off state by attaching a support 33 to the leading end of the ball guide member 32 so that the spherical surface of the leading end thereof can slightly protrude from the leading end of the holder member 30. First cutters 34 are attached to the outer periphery of the holder member 30 in the radial direction from the center of the holder member 30 at an equal interval at six equally divided positions.
