Summary:PURPOSE: To obtain a biaxial actuator by which a coil bobbin can be attached to a lens holder easily and precisely by providing an adhesive reservoir into which an adhesive used to bond the coil bobbin to the lens holder is made to flow. CONSTITUTION: In a state that the upper part and the lower part of a lens holder 11 have been combined, a coil bobbin 12 is inserted into an opening part 11a. Then, an adhesive reservoir 17 is formed by a cutout part 11d at the upper part of the holder 11, by a rise piece 11e at the lower part and by the outside face of the bobbin 12. After the bobbin 12 inside the opening part 11a has been positioned, an adhesive is injected into the adhesive reservoir 17. The adhesive inside the adhesive reservoir 17 comes into contact with the cutout part 11d and the rise piece 11e for the holder 11. Then, the adhesive inside the adhesive reservoir 17 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays so as to be hardened. Thereby, the holder 11 and the bobbin 12 are bonded and fixed integrally, and an assembly operation can be performed easily and with high accuracy.
