Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an extremely thin sheet for a display material having a sheet type characteristic. SOLUTION: This display medium is formed out of a plurality of bicolor balls 15 having two hemispherical surfaces different from each other in both color and electrical characteristic, a liquid layer 14 surrounding each ball 15, the first compound film 20 to surround the liquid layer 14 for forming a micro capsule, and the second compound substrate where all micro capsules are contained in a common capsule.
