Summary:PURPOSE: To clearly confirm the boundary line between the part of water and the part of oil from a window for boundary line confirmation and to easily clean the window and a filter part. CONSTITUTION: In this frying device used in a state in which the water 3 is put in the lower part of a frying tank 1 and the oil 2 is put in the upper part, respectively and provided with the window 6 for confirming the boundary line 5 of both in a part of the frying tank 1, the filter part 8 is provided on a position for forming an internal space part 7 for the boundary line confirmation with the window 6, and the flow-in of solid matters such as frying dregs or the like to the internal space part 7 is prevented by the action of the filter part 8. Also, the window 6 and the filter part 8 are freely attachable and detachable to/from the frying tank 1.
