Summary:PURPOSE: To improve an allocation accuracy and meet the demand of a customer by selecting an allocation method for every power among a plurality of allocation methods for allocating the respectively measured powers of a plurality of air conditioners to the respective air conditioners. CONSTITUTION: A setting device 11 selects a power allocation method for every power. An allocation method of each power is selected among methods for allocation depending on the ratio of operating times of respective indoor machines, on the ratio of the turning-on times of thermostats of the respective indoor machines, on the ratio of opeating current of the respective indoors, on the ratio of (capacity x difference between a suction temperature during operation and a set temperature) of the respective indoor machines, on the ratio of (air quantity x a difference between a suction temperature and a set temperature) of the respective indoor machines or on the floor area of each tenant when the using quantity of power of an air conditioner is allocated to each tenant. Information selected by the setting device 11 is transmitted to a centralized controller 2 through a controller 10, a transmission device 9 and a control line 13. The controller 10 calculates a power charge for every power in accordance with the selected allocation method.
