Summary:PURPOSE: To easily replace the air in a humidifying water channel with water at the time of supplying the water by inserting a tube made of a porous hydrophobic polymer material into a hollow unit for forming the channel, and externally discharging the air in the unit via the tube. CONSTITUTION: An air bleeding member 6 in which a tube sealed at the fine lower end made of a series of hydrophobic polymer material bent to match the shape of a humidifying water channel 1 in the channel l is concentrically inserted is formed. The tube for forming the channel has a structure in which a hydrophilic continuous film 4 is laminated on the inner surface of a porous hydrophilic polymer material 3, and humidifying water is filled inside the film of the inner surface layer. The channel is air bled by rapidly collecting the air in the channel by the tube made of the porous hydrophobic polymer material at the stage of filling water at the time of starting to use, thereby rapidly air replacing with the water.
