Summary:PURPOSE: To make inserting resistance small and to prevent body fluid from reversely flowing through a biological duct when a tube or a guide wire such as a catheter or the like is inserted through a contact hole. CONSTITUTION: This medical value element is formed into a disc shape made of silicone rubber of Shore hardness 40A, and a contact hole 2 which penetrates both of an upper disc face and a lower disc face of the disc is provided approximately in the center of the disc, and a glass-like recessed part 3 is provided in the place where the contact hole 2 of the upper disc face is arranged so that the head of a catheter or the like is easily inserted, and the contact hole 2 is formed into a cross-shaped slit and the rim and the hole wall 4 of the contact hole are formed out of a fluororesin up to approximately 0.1mm depth, and the Shore hardness of the hole wall is 60D.
