Summary: | PURPOSE: To reduce weight and size by working an iron plate into a form in which a returning guide glade is added to the part of the handle of a spoon, and bending the returning guide blade toward the center into a curved surface. CONSTITUTION: An iron plate is cut, and a returning guide blade 2 added to the part of a handle 1 is curved so that a spherical weight 4 is guided to a tray 3 along the part of the handle 1. The form of the guide blade 2 is set so that the weight 4 never go to the rear by the form of the outer frame of a vibration sensitive switch. When the form of the bottom of the tray 3 is set about 2 times the diameter of the weight 4, and the size is set about 1/3, it is easily reacted to a vibration such as earthquake. Thus, a small-sized electric product with vibration sensitive switch can be developed and manufactured at low cost. |
